High Crest Architecture Product's mission is to revolutionize the drywall industry. We aim to improve the way contractor's complete projects, and to support Architects and Interior Designers in their ambition for innovative design, and to supply alternative quality materials across the construction industry.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a small team, maintaining all the marketing and advertising campaigns and winning orders, from taking the company's products to market. This role is both strategic and hands-on.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support the Sales & Marketing team, including daily sales check-ins and regular team meetings.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification through quoting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Improve and manage lead generation and qualification processes to ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
  • Convert leads into quotes and sales wins, ensuring Pipedrive (CRM) is fully optimized and updated.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics (leads, quotes, win rates, conversion ratios) while maintaining 30%+ profit margins.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent quoting and adherence to vendor procedures, including templates, sign-offs, and deposits.
  • Oversee procurement and coordinate with Production to align schedules, deliveries, and pricing with project and client needs.
  • Manage all marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring content, branding, and channel activity support sales goals.
  • Lead client-facing activities such as product presentations, Lunch & Learns, demos, and on-site meetings when required.
  • Support strategic growth, including territory expansion, product development discussions with shareholders, website updates, and integration of AI tools.

Education & Experience

  • 3–5 years B2B sales experience (construction/architectural products preferred).
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Proven CRM pipeline management and KPI achievement.
  • Territory development experience an asset.
  • Marketing experience (social/digital/branding) an asset.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and data-driven; strong time management.
  • Ability to produce accurate, profitable quotes and manage margins.
  • Comfortable on construction sites and with contractor/architect interactions.
  • Proficient in MS Office; willing to use/learn AI tools.

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver's license; local travel required.
  • Able to lift product samples.
  • Occasional after-hours events (trade shows, presentations).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
