Assist customers with **parts, accessories and service requests**:

- Provide proactive **parts support** and offer creative solutions
- Build rapport with vendors, customers, and service/install technicians to meet our customers’ needs
- **Address and resolve warranty situations** on equipment and/or parts with manufacturers
- Assist with preparing courier and freight documents for shipping of product
- Scheduling **service installations/inspections/repairs** for our service team

You have previously worked in a similar role, where you have earned a reputation for your strong work ethic, organization and commitment to excellence. You have a knack for AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT. You will ensure tasks are completed and are skillful in delivering a high level of customer support. You take pride in understanding your customers’ needs, providing them with a solution, and earning their repeat business. You meet or exceed the following requirements:

- You have provided **WOW after-sales support** to customers in the past
- You possess basic mathematics, computer systems and programs competency
- You are a **strong problem solver** and **communicator**:

- **Are able to read parts/interpret machine diagrams/schematics**:

- You have a high care level and committed to **continuous improvement**:

- You have experience reading and understanding parts and/or service manuals
- You are not intimidated by a fast-paced dynamic work environment
- You are fluently bilingual in English and French (both written and oral) for our Mississauga ON location

We are Canada’s largest distributor of automotive lifts, tire equipment and automotive service equipment. Babco Sales is the exclusive agent for BendPak/Ranger, Peak and Dannmar equipment in Canada. We are a fast growing organization headquartered in Surrey BC, with a warehouse location in Mississauga ON. We have remote service locations in Edmonton AB and Winnipeg MB. Our growth goals are aggressive and we need team members that are committed to these goals.

Salary range with commission - $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
