Operations Administrator

Northern Savings Credit Union has an opening for a **full time Operations Administrator located in Prince Rupert.** The successful applicant must be able to perform clerical duties and collaborate well with others as part of a team-based working environment.
**Primary Purpose**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Secondary School Diploma required
**Experience**:
- Previous customer sales and service experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- 1-3 years of financial services experience preferred but not required.
**Skills**:
- Working knowledge, skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and credit union banking system and familiarity with the internet.
- Strong analytical, organizational and accuracy skills required
- Ability to prioritize and organize work within time constraints, under pressure and competing priorities
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, and liaise professionally with all members, potential customers, community groups and co-workers while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal business English communication skills required.

**Salary**: $23.81-$27.38 per hour
