**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food handling and preparation.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or a strong background in the food service industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is an advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy café environment.
- Understanding of food safety practices related to food handling and preparation.
