Develop strategic relationships and clear go-to-market (GTM) plans with key stakeholders and execute Geo specific go-to-market strategies plan for target markets and ensure it is in line with Bayshore Home health’s strategic direction.
- Develop and drive implementation of Go-to-market strategy for service and product innovation working with key business stakeholders
- Devise service and/or product go-to-market process, plan time-lines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions
- Stay up to date on consumer preferences to recommend different product/service offerings
- Undertake constant competitor analysis
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the markets’ and target demographics’ actual needs
- Create and implement solutions collaborating with business stakeholders
- Spot risks to new service/product offerings and develop relevant responding plans.
- Stay up-to-date with business intelligence
- Liaise with business leaders and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans
- Create and drive business growth through innovative, high-impact product/service innovations
- Advise business on different pricing strategies
- Developing and building frameworks and processes to leverage insights gathered to ensure business offers best and relevant service packages and prices
- Familiarity with concepts like customer lifecycle management and customer lifetime value
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Support the Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights and Market Research with larger analytics projects and ad-hoc requests

This position is a one (1) year contract with possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Job Qualification
- 3 to 4 years of demonstrated success and experience in relevant field - GTM strategy, GTM implementation, product management
- Knowledge and experience with behavioral economics
- Proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives, and can work effectively with all levels
- Ability to dive into tough problems and build new processes / deliverables from scratch; you
- Experience with developing frameworks to support strategic decisions and detailed execution
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Project Management skills and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to command many details simultaneously.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to execute initiatives with excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work within cross-functional, diverse teams and provide influential presentations that can be received by all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, along with analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen ability to articulate and translate data insights into compelling, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated prioritization ability, solution oriented and resilient with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
