Cardero’s, part of the Sequoia Company of Restaurants, is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Lead and support daily operations in collaboration with the management team
Set the tone on the floor with a hands-on, guest-first approach
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service at all times
Manage labor, track revenue, and contribute to marketing efforts
Participate in team scheduling, coaching, and staff development
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
**What We’re Looking For**:
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, full-service dining environment
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Dependable and flexible, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passionate about hospitality and team development
