**Position**: Supply Chain Coordinator

**Location**:Markham, ON (On-Site)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing raw materials, coordinating with co-packers, and placing orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and co-packers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track and report on inventory levels, order status, and lead times.
- Help integrate and implement ERP systems into our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in data analytics and ERP systems integration, preferably in the cannabis or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the cannabis industry is a plus.
