Now Hiring - Market Operations Specialist, Derivatives, Technical Help Desk-1 **Key Accountabilities**: Provide consistently high level customer focused service and act as a positive ambassador for TMX Group Provide on-going recommendations for process improvement for the team's work practices Coordinate customer communications with other teams as required Gather market intelligence and engage product management with new development ideas Monitor the activity of industry competitors in the territory and summarize to management with recommendations for action **Must Have (s)**: 1 to 3 years of industry experience Understand market operations, industry economics and customer business Knowledge of Derivative and Equity markets Excellent communication and presentation skills Collaborative team player who can work effectively with the business development and technology teams Ability to work in a fast paced, open environment, with results driven customer Bilingual, French and English, spoken and written **Nice to Have(s)**: Knowledge of Google for work Understanding of network fundamentals & IT components/ concepts, including Netscout and Wireshark for level one triage In the market for Excitement - Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets Experience the movement of the market while grounded in the stability of close to 200 years of success.
