Ready to make it to the next level in life? Vault Credit is currently seeking an Renewal Specialist to join a growing, dynamic and exceptional team at our Montreal office

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and developing Business Loan Renewal Opportunities with existing Business Loan clients
- Performing due diligence, in good faith, to determine that the opportunity is a bona fide Business Loan
- Renewal and that all information submitted by the borrower is true and correct
- Procuring and submitting existing customers to receive financing
- Focusing on outstanding customer experience and service and ensure that all customers are happy and feel helped at end of call
- Mention leasing on all calls and send over leasing referrals back to the brokers where applicable
- Unless having received written consent provided by Vault, the Agent is not permitted to submit
- Transactions or other financial services products to funders other than Vault
- Delivering such duly executed documentation to Vault; and
- Work with team to come up with new ways to improve process, sales business and improve results
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Has experience selling over the phone (financial industry/cold calling an asset)
- Strong Communication Skills
- English, Written & Spoken (French an asset)
- Motivated to start a new career and embrace the challenge
- Technology literate
- Positive, Hard-Working and Reliable
