**Job description**:
As an accounting technician, you will be responsible for verifying and monitoring accounts while respecting deadlines.

**Responsibility**:

- Process accounts payable;
- Invoice entries;
- Balance account statements;
- Disputes to be settled;
- Reconcile the card table in CMEQ;
- Reconcile credit cards from several companies;
- Perform bank reconciliation for several companies;
- Support the rest of the finance team as needed;
- Any other related tasks

- AEC, DEP or DEC in accounting;
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable;
- Knowledge of the construction industry;
- Excellent skills in managing multiple files at once and tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail;
- Have a good team spirit and excellent communication skills;
- Versatility, autonomy, organization, resourcefulness, sense of priorities;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of CMEQ software (an asset);
- Good command of French.
