Poka is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our fire team Under the supervision of the Controller and in collaboration with the Assistant Controller, this is your chance to make an impact in a growing technology company with clients all over the world by executing the financial accounting of the company. **_What you'll be responsible for: _**
- Working with the Professional Services department to evaluate and account for the progress of the mandates as well as to ensure the invoicing.
- Working in collaboration with the sales department to ensure the proper processing of the annual license contracts (invoicing, revenue accounting, obtaining purchase order).
- Closely follow up on accounts receivable and meet with account managers.
- Participating actively in the month-end and year-end process (revenue and deferred revenue reconciliation, multiples accruals, etc.)
- Participate in the annual audit of the financial statements.
- Answer customer questions related to billing and purchase orders.
- Perform monthly budget analysis
- Assist the Deal Desk and FP&A departments with various tasks
- Participate in the optimization of internal processes and accounting system.
- Participate in various internal company projects

- BAC in Accounting or equivalent
- Experience with project management an asset
- Advanced knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SalesForce and FinancialForce an asset
