We have a dedicated team of over 150 employees and a modern fleet of equipment to take care of each project from start to finish. Working at Thunderbolt means being part of a large team with the resources to help you perform your best.

During the spring, summer and fall seasons we provide full grounds maintenance including lawn care services, flower and tree planting, aerating and de-thatching, leaf removal and various other types of maintenance including full lawn and garden care programs for fertilizing and weed and insect control. Positions for winter employment following the summer season are also available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain flower beds including pruning, edging, and weeding to promote healthy plant growth.
- Installation of soil, flowers, shrubs, mulch, etc.
- Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand lifting/carrying.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous garden maintenance experience and/or knowledge of plant material considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to maintain professional company image.
- Willingness to follow health & safety regulations of our profession.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
