**Role Description**:
**Role Accountabilities**:
As an Environmental Construction Site Supervisor, you will support environmental remediation and decommissioning projects within Arcadis Construction Services. The role requires 90% travel and calls for a knowledgeable leader with expertise in Health and Safety, Construction Operations and Scheduling, Environmental Regulatory Requirements, Contract and Personnel Management
You will collaborate with the Arcadis project team, which includes Project Managers, Coordinators, Estimators, Safety Officers, Engineers, and external stakeholders such as client representatives, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing project site activities, including subcontractors, Arcadis crews, and stakeholders.
- Enforcing Arcadis Health & Safety policies, leading daily operations meetings, and adjusting plans to ensure efficient resource use.
- Managing contracts and scope changes in coordination with the Project Manager, ensuring any changes are identified and documented properly.
- Maintaining site compliance with regulatory requirements and Arcadis policies through documentation (e.g., reports, safety talks, equipment inspections).
Key Attributes
- Ability to interpret Construction Drawings and Specifications and a solid understanding of scheduling, contracts, quality control, engineering principles, and safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety best practices and experience enforcing health and safety policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address risks and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple scopes of work simultaneously; leadership skills to guide large site teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in construction services.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Canada (required for Federal Background Check).

The salary range for this position is $89,000-134,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
