E2e Supply Chain Planning Lead

This role will connect with regional SC contacts in E2E planning and collaborate with key stakeholders in the Canadian Supply Chain to establish an integrated approach to E2E planning/Kinaxis (or similar system) Implementation while ensuring unique Canadian planning and business requirements are included.
Will identify opportunities and pain points across the flow of Inventory from factory to customers to improve and sustain operational excellence through simplifying process/tools/resources and increasing executional rigor.
Will lead holistic process improvements with the intent of improved service/kpis AND cost/value leadership by implementing sustainable, simplified and integrated processes with an enterprise mindset; including inventory planning improvements and improved visibility through S&OP.
**What are we looking for?**:
- 5+ years of CPG Supply Chain Management experience in multiple areas of Supply Chain - preferably E2E Planning & Project/Activity Management
- University Degree in Supply Chain or related studies
- Total/End to End SC understanding (Critical)
- demonstrated understanding of the business and operational impacts in each node of SC and how they are interrelated.
- Outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem solving capabilities; ability to stand alone, challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of Planning Systems
- Preferred
- Selection and/or implementation of E2E/Integrated Planning Systems -Asset
- Project Management Professional certification-Asset
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- This role will provide clarity on current systems, process and tools to enable a transition plan for Canadian implementation of Kinaxis (or a similar E2E/Enterprise/Integrated Planning system) and related E2E tools/processes as set out by the region.
- Key interface with US planning team to establish process to ensure effective flow of relevant supply information - via S&OP and weekly forums.
- Consolidates planning process gaps and pain points across E2E SC via ScMR, DMR, CMOS to rewire processes for more efficient ways of working and increased visibility to KPIs.
- Provides strategic plan for improved planning processes to improve Customer Service Level (CSL), inventory management, excess & Slow Moving (Slo-mo) management, and related SC KPIs to drive efficiency of flow of goods from factory to customer.
- Connects inventory velocity to warehouse space management inclusive of co-pack and plant materials to drive process improvement for more efficient space utilization and flow of goods.
- Works with the SCLT in collaborated planning improvements where processes intersect across the SC.
