Overview of role:

- Process improvement projects that simplify the supply chain
- New system capabilities and implementation
- Process improvement analytics
- Production and inventory planning and execution

Projects and Process Improvement Initiatives:

- Support optimization of the S&OP process
- Initiatives on cost reduction and process improvement initiatives to drive savings, operational efficiency and/or service improvements
- Coordination of projects; aligning stakeholders across functions; identifying resourcing & funding
- Track progress; measuring success to business case, as well as leveraging regional and global networks & learnings.

Supply Chain Planning Activities:

- Evaluate daily & weekly production schedules generated by External Factory and/or Affiliate units to ensure sufficient supply while maximizing inventory turns
- Understand production rates, frequency, sequencing, capacity, run size, and lead times to ensure efficient inventory management
- Respond effectively to customer requirements by taking a solution oriented approach

- Supply Chain (Operations, Customer, Commercial)
- Supply, R&D, Quality
- Sales & Marketing
- Activity Management and Executional functions

Key Technical Knowledge and Skills:

- Advanced capability in Excel & Outlook
- Some knowledge of PowerBI and other MS Office tools (OneNote, Power Point)
