**What you will do**

Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily and weekly reports, tailored to the requirements of multiple departments, ensuring timely availability of accurate data to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Generate and submitted monthly vendor reports by performing detailed calculations and validations of payable amounts, ensuring accuracy before approval and payment release.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret monthly performance metrics, benchmarking actuals against prior-year data, and providing actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Conduct ULC certificate audits and cancellations by validating details, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
- Review and reconcile subscription details on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and flagging discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Process and manage monthly commission payouts for technicians across multiple programs, while creating detailed trackers to enhance visibility and transparency for higher management.
- Coordinate closely with sales representatives to track upcoming subscription renewals, proactively updated subscription trackers, and facilitated smooth renewal processes.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.60 - $28.36 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
