We are looking for an organized **IT Helpdesk** personto assist our IT helpdesk supporting hardware, software, networking and server issues within our internal and external teams.

**Job Duties**
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues as well as new installation support for our internal team
- Attempt to resolve as many problem calls or service requests as possible on the initial contact
- Diagnose and resolve any hardware, software or connectivity problems with mínimal delay
- Escalate problems/tasks to the appropriate parties in accordance with established procedures (level 1, 2 & 3)
- Assist is writing a training manual as the role is learned
- Perform tasks related to service needs, including equipment replacement, equipment installation/de-installation, software installation etc.
- Detect problem patterns and recommend solutions

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years minimum experience in a Help Desk role
- Experience working with A+
- Certificate or strong understanding of Network + systems
- Experience working with networks and servers
- Good familiarity with Linux and Windows administration
- Good communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information; effectively train/advise users on networking issues
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong process driven thought put into tasks
- Class 5 drivers licence and ability to travel to local locations
- Knowledge of CCTV networking considered a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
