**Job Title: QA Manager Location: Waterloo, ON**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and execute test plans and test cases to ensure thorough and accurate testing.
- Develop, implement and maintain test automation frameworks for regression and functional testing.
- Develop, implement and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and other relevant documents.
- Analyze software quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop improvement strategies.
- Manage the testing process for all releases, including regression testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Manage a team of QA engineers and provide guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and other issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of QA engineers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with industry-standard QA tools and methodologies.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
