We are looking for someone who is in the Waterloo region and able to work in-office due to the nature of work performed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the Autonomy QA and testing team
- Reporting feedback and testing issues
- Working tightly with the Autonomy development team to add new features
- Troubleshooting, debugging
- Training and onboarding of robot testing team
- Working with operations team to track KPIs
- Field operations and testing as required
- International travel as required

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Basic knowledge of Programming, Web development, or Electrical Engineering
- Fluent in Spanish
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving history
- Valid passport/ability to travel Internationally
