**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven Shop Management Experience**: Experience in manufacturing, team management, and workflow organization.
- **Framing Expertise**: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in framing or prefabrication.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on quality control, process efficiency, and workplace safety.
- **Process Development Skills**: Experience in implementing training programs and improving shop productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and safety practices.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide shop activities.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide input on material needs and labor requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
