- Working in close collaboration with the Bid Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating bid response teams for Federal Government procurement solicitations. You will compile, revise, and submit final bid response drafts to the Bid Manager for submission. You will create and organize the on-boarding materials and Bid Response Procedure (BRP) tutorials to help train new employees on established company procedures._

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Prepare and edit proposals for RFx responses according to company bid response procedures (BRP).
- Carefully review RFx requirements to ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, and Supply Partners to deliver competitive customer-focused solutions for our clients.
- Coordinate bid proposal teams throughout the entire life-cycle of a proposal and compile the technical and financial documents specified in the RFx.
- Report to Federal Government on contract wins for both Professional Services and SLSA.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the proposal process, structure, and format, win strategies, competitive analysis, compliance matrices.
- Write, revise, and edit BRPs audio/visual tutorials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to established company guidelines as well as industry standards and regulations.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of BRP tutorials, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Update existing BRP tutorials as needed to reflect changes in processes, regulations, or organizational requirements.
- Train and educate employees on BRP, ensuring understanding and adherence to established procedures.
- Champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high quality, client focused proposals.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, English, Communications, Business, or any demonstratably relevant degree or combination of experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a proposal delivery role for general bid response, i.e. private sector or municipal government.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Federal Government procurement process, i.e. RFQ's and RFP responses, working knowledge of Federal Government vehicles (SLSA, PISA essential, TBIPS, THS, ProServices asset).
- Microsoft Office 365 Proficient i.e Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint essential, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams asset.
- Working (demonstratable) knowledge of editing and animation software (Adobe Suite preferred, other editing software experience will also be considered)
- Must work in both independent and small-team environments.
- Must work well with changing and escalating deadlines.
- Must be within commutable distance of National Capital Region and be able to work in-office for minimum two days per week.
- Have the flexibility to manage demands and prioritize workload with minimum supervision.
- Being perceptive, cooperative and a quick learner are major assets.
- Must be eligible for security clearance (PSPC SECRET security cleared asset)
