LuminUItra currently has an opportunity for a **Technical Sales - Key Account Manager** to join our team in **Calgary, Alberta.** This is an exciting opportunity within an innovative and growing organization. This position offers a base salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Key** **Account Manager,** with experience in production chemicals, to drive growth within the energy sector, focused on oil and gas. This role will play a critical part in expanding LuminUltra’s access to the energy sector through the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies to increase market share. The Key Account Manager will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value-driven microbial control solutions (such as ATP products and services) to our customers. In this role, the Key Account Manager will have key responsibilities, such as: - Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the energy sector. - Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within oil and gas markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. - Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers. - Collaborate with internal teams, including technical services and product development, to meet customer needs. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. - Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - There will be some travel required for this role._ **Qualifications** - 5+ years of proven sales experience in oil and gas, production chemicals, or a related field. - Bachelors degree or diploma in science, engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and education. - Strong technical background with a solid understanding of production chemicals and energy sector applicants. - Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills with the ability effectively negotiate with and influence decision-makers. - Experience delivering technical product presentations and solutions. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to travel locally and/or internationally, as needed, to meet with clients and attend industry events. **Why Join LuminUltra?** LuminUltra has a culture that values communication, collaboration, development, work-life balance, flexibility, and employee recognition.
