This **Building Superintendent** position requires **70% Cleaning** and **30% Building Management**. This is a live-out position and does not offer accommodation. We are looking for two responsible and experienced Caretakers to work on our two Building Clients.

**Location: North Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Vancouver, etc. (Only one building a day).**

**Schedule: TBD (at least 30 hours a week)**

**Your Job Scope**:

- Keep the building common areas clean and tidy.
- Clean common areas in the building, such as; lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, lounges, etc., as well as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, painting, and minor repairs.
- Program and update fobs (remote access key).
- Provide access to contractors/ vendors as required and directed by Property/Strata/Building Manager
- Monitor building conditions and security (review security cameras as requested by property management).

**You Have**:

- Strong customer service skills, able to multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must have good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in residential or Strata buildings is an asset.
- Organized self-starter with excellent work ethic and good work habits.
- Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs., bent and reach to high/ low places as needed.
- Flexible to work on call.
- Reliable transportation

**Experience**:

- Rental building experience: 1 year
- Facilities Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Professional English Communication: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Salary**: $18 to $21.00
