Le délégué(e) commercial est responsable de diriger les efforts de vente en élaborant en exécutant des plans pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs établis, gérer les relations avec les clients, développer et maintenir un plan de vente/marketing ainsi qu'établir des relations profondes au sein de la communautéé
- Capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Approche de vente proactive, affirmée et rapide, motivée pour réussir
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
- Un esprit d'entreprise et un haut degré de responsabilité
- Expérience dans le développement de relations à long terme
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et établissement de relations profondes avec les clients actuels et potentiels
- La capacité d'assister et/ou de participer en tant qu'exposant à divers salons et conférences pour réseauter avec des planificateurs de réunions, des organisations et des décideurs d'entreprise.
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue - Français / Anglais
**Les principales responsabilités comprennent, sans s'y limiter**:
- Gérer les comptes pour maximiser le potentiel
- Gestion et suivi de tous les prospect et tentatif
- Négocier les contrats, s'assurer que tous les aspects pertinents de la sollicitation et de la clôture sont complets et documentés
- Mise à jour constante des supports de vente
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunitées qui correspondent à nos paramètres de vente
- Recherche agressive de nouveaux comptes, appels constants de prospection
- Appels chaleureux et réservation de clients réguliers
- Développer des relations à long terme
- Faire des présentations sur site et sur le terrain aux clients potentiels
- Gérer et optimiser constamment le pipeline des ventes tout en fournissant des rapports et des prévisions précis
- Élaboration et mise en œuvre des stratégies de vente.
- Recherche et analyse des tendances du marché.
**Les qualifications mínimales pour ce poste sont**:
- Expérience antérieure dans la vente hôtelière avec une expérience avérée de succès.
- Parfaitement bilingue, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (français/anglais)
- Un haut niveau d'enthousiasme et de dynamisme
- Le désir d'avoir un impact
- Un véritable désir de répondre et de dépasser les attentes des clients
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales efforts by developing and executing plans to meet and exceed established goals, managing client relationships, developing and maintaining a Sales & Marketing plan, building deep relationships within the community along with leading and developing the sales & planning team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Proactive Sales approach, assertive and fast-paced, driven to succeed
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of accountability
- Track record of developing long term relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and forging deep relationships with current and potential clients
- The ability to attend and/or participate as exhibitor at various trade Shows and Conferences to network with meeting planners, organizations, and corporate decision makers.
- Must be perfectly bilingual - French / English
**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Managing group/corporate/leisure accounts to maximize business potential
- Managing and monitoring all sales leads
- Negotiating contracts, ensuring that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented
- Consistently updating sales collateral
- Identifying new business that fits our sales parameters
- Aggressively pursuing new accounts, consistently making prospecting calls
- Consistently warm-calling and booking repeat business
- Developing long term business relationships
- Making on-site and field presentations to prospective clients
- Consistently managing and optimizing the sales pipeline while providing accurate reporting and forecasting
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Researching and analyzing market trends.
**The minimum qualifications for this position are**:
- Previous experience in Hospitality Sales with a proven track record of success.
- Fully bilingual, both written and spoken (French/English)
- A high level of enthusiasm and drive
- The desire to have an impact
- A true desire to meet and exceed guest expectations
