**Brand Manager, Conversion campaigns**

**What you will be doing**:
**Lead the production of all Fido conversion campaigns (80%)**

Execute integrated conversion campaigns targeting both customers and non-customers

Brief, develop, and implement “always-on” targeted campaigns that get the right message to the right customer at the right time

Manage the creation of communication materials aligned to customer segments and journey stages in collaboration with agencies, internal partners and providers, in both English and French

Establish and lead execution of conversion media strategies and tactics to ensure a timely and successful campaign launch

Strong understanding of campaign performance analytics and online to offline attribution models

Manage the production process - working closely with internal, agency & production partners to meet deadlines

Write agency briefs for the team’s projects

Contribute to annual & quarterly brand strategy
