Brand Momentum is looking for Team Leads in Toronto for two of our clients (Batiste and Hero). Overview We are seeking two experienced Team Leads to oversee a week-long co-branded sampling activation for Hero Cosmetics and Batiste at Toronto’s Union Station. The Team Leads will alternate shifts throughout the program to ensure seamless on-site operations, staff management, and an engaging consumer experience. Team Leads will work 3 days each (rotating schedule) between November 26 – December 2, 2025, ensuring full coverage throughout the activation. Location: Union Station Kiosk – 65 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5J 1E6 Program Dates: November 26 – December 2, 2025 Pay Rate: $26 – $28/hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Short-term contract Training Schedule Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, In-person at the BMI Office Range of Hours Wednesday, Nov 26 – 4:30 AM to 5:30 PM Thursday, Nov 27 – 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM Friday, Nov 28 – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Saturday, Nov 29 – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Sunday, Nov 30 – 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Monday, Dec 1 – 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily set-up, execution, and teardown of the kiosk space Supervise a team of 4 Brand Ambassadors and 2 back-ups, including scheduling and communication Drive, load, and unload activation assets and products as needed (vehicle provided) Participate in sampling and consumer engagement, ensuring consistent brand messaging Manage consumer flow and line organization in a high-traffic environment Send daily motivational and reminder messages to the team pre-shift Coordinate staff breaks and call in back-up staff as required Complete daily wrap reports, including sample counts, impressions, consumer feedback, and photos Communicate daily with Account Lead Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in brand activations or experiential marketing Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and managing event logistics Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract Must be 25+ years old to drive a rented vehicle Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Positive, proactive, and confident in fast-paced, high-traffic environments Working Conditions The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions. Team Leads will be responsible for driving a rented vehicle to transport products and assets between Wild Card Promo Warehouse (Mississauga, ON) and Union Station. Note: Team Lead may not have access to the vehicle daily and may need to arrange their own transportation to the site.
