We’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at World Gym In this role, you’ll create positive and welcoming experiences for potential and current members, highlight our facility’s benefits, and grow our community through local outreach and excellent customer service.

**Locations Hiring**:

- World Gym Sunridge, 3475 Sunridge Way NE
- World Gym Southland, 10655 Southport Road SW, Suite B1

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Membership Sales**: Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals set by your Sales Manager and Regional Manager.
- **Facility Tours**: Conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing our features and benefits aligned with their fitness needs.
- **Community Outreach**: Engage in weekly outreach to local businesses to build community partnerships and generate new leads.
- **CRM Management**: Use our CRM to make outbound sales calls, track leads, and maintain client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Hours**: 22-28 hours per week
- **Sales Skills**: Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- **Diversity & Inclusion**: Ability to relate to and connect with a diverse community.

- World Gym can be traced back to the glory days of Muscle Beach in Los Angeles, California. In 1976, Joe Gold opened a small gym filled with custom-made equipment. Before long, World Gym was the fitness destination for celebrity bodybuilding greats such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno and Dave Draper. By the early 1980s, World Gym was firmly established as a global fitness icon. The brand expanded worldwide and is now in full swing, fueled mainly by convenient, affordable memberships._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 28 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
