**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately using Credit or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dinning room, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar and dinning room for service and cleaning up at the end of the shift
- Overall, a server's duties revolve around providing attentive, efficient, and friendly service to create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience serving or bartending is required, minimum 1 year experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food service and hospitality industry standards
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers

**Skills**:

- Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Cashiering: Ability to accurately process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
