**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Retail Account Manager** to join our dynamic team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key retail accounts to drive sales, increase brand presence, and achieve business objectives. You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Please note this is an on-site role, Standard hours are 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday. Hardy Sales is a local, Family owned and operated wholesale food Distributions Company since 1982.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to increase product visibility, sales, and profitability.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and improve account performance.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth.
- **Product Promotion**: Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns for retail partners.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, logistics, and product development to align efforts and meet client needs.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell additional products or services to current clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar sales role within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and account management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage client expectations.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
