We work extensively within the insurance industry, completing projects that range from structural repairs to homes damaged by tree impacts, to full truss replacements after house fires, as well as complete home renovations and remodels in the private sector.

We are seeking a **Carpenter** with **2-4+ years** of experience who is eager to grow their skills while working on a wide variety of projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who wants to take the next step in their carpentry career by working alongside experienced lead carpenters and supervisors.

**Key Details**:

- **Worksites**: Projects are located throughout the **Lower Mainland** (Burnaby, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey and surrounding areas). **Reliable transportation is required.**:

- **Position Type**: Full-time, permanent
- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday (occasional weekends depending on project timelines)
- **Compensation**: Competitive wages based on experience, contract work available. Trucks/vans are compensated
- Crew sizes: Range from 2-5 workers

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in framing, forming, siding, finishing, and structural repair work
- Work under the direction of a lead carpenter or supervisor to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood, steel, or other materials according to specifications
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite
- Follow BC Building Code requirements and company safety standards
- Support the crew with general labour tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- **2-4+ years of carpentry experience** (residential or commercial)
- Basic knowledge of framing, concrete forming, exterior and interior finishing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (jobsite travel required)
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
