As an key member of the team, you will have an important hybrid role in making the Parts and Service departments flow. You will be working directly with the customers, suppliers, and the techs, sourcing parts using the online parts catalogue and data management system. Shape the customer’s positive experience, by providing; attentive service, completing vehicle maintenance walk
- arounds and booking the next appointments to fulfill client needs from start to finish.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with the department staff to quote and Sells parts and Service for the shop and external customers.
- Book and receive parts orders, prepare daily wholesale orders.
- Clearly convey technical information.
- Follow Service Core process; greet customers in the service department, conduct walk-arounds on vehicles, create vehicle repair orders, convey repair/maintenance/mechanical information, follow up on work in process and open R.O.’s to ensure all work is being performed as scheduled. Cash out customers in both the Parts and Service Departments.
