Landscaping Laborer

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform fine grading for residential and commercial landscaping projects.
- Operate Bobcat and other skid steer equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in general landscaping tasks including soil prep, laying sod, gravel installation, and site clean-up.
- Read site plans and follow grade specifications accurately.
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience with a focus on fine grading.
- Proficient in operating Bobcat/skid steer loaders.
- Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and site drawings.
- Valid driver’s license (G class or equivalent); DZ license is a plus.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- **Manual Dexterity**: Precise cutting, measuring, and laying materials
- **Attention to Detail**: Be precise and aesthetically pleasing, so an eye for detail is crucial.
- **Landscape Construction Experience**: Experience in landscape construction, including grading, base prep, and general hardscaping.
- **Knowledge of Materials**: Familiarity with various interlocking materials, such as pavers, stones, and flagstone.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Should be proficient in using hand and power tools.
- **Safety Awareness**: Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
