**Overview**

**Duties**
- The Production/Assistant Manager’s primary responsibility and accountability includes providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the facility in compliance with established policies and procedures. The Production/Assistant Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure that overall KPI’s and insurance metrics are met. They are responsible to coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The Production/Assistant Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers and plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members. Production/Assistant Manager are committed to always leading by example.

**Skills** Ensure consistent execution of SOP’S.
- Prepare and manage daily tasks with production staff.
- Monitor, target and track monthly production sales.
- Always maintain a clean and organized repair facility.
- Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth
- Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
- Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
- Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates
- Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards. Manage store capacity.
- Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
- Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings. Attend monthly managers meetings.
- Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
- Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
