- Ottawa, Ontario, Canada About the position This is a locally engaged staff position at an overseas Australian Diplomatic Mission. Performance Management Locally engaged staff engaged in an ongoing or fixed term capacity are eligible to participate in the performance management system. Staff who are employed on 31 March, are performing at the required levels, and have worked in the role for at least 100 working days are eligible to receive a salary advancement of one increment OR a bonus of two percent if at the top of their level.
