Business Intelligence and Systems Analyst

Rossdown Natural Foods is seeking a **Business Intelligence and Systems Analyst.** This role will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, management, maintenance of systems and all information. This individual will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and company information. Along with continued development and uptime of the database, system hardware, operating systems, software systems, network infrastructure, as well as related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Intelligence and General Desktop Support**
- SQL scripting, SSRS reporting, BI reporting, ERP reporting and information support
- Ownership of all server infrastructure, backups, networking, and recovery tools
- Troubleshoot Windows Servers in a Nutanix/VMware/HyperV environment
- Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources
- Troubleshoot issues with IT equipment as used in Operations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating system
- Physically able to repair IT equipment such as desktops, laptops and/or cameras
- Create, design, implement new reports or information concepts
- Document Management administration and new forms designs
- Provide onboarding and training for all employees
- Create and maintain up to date standard operating procedures

**IT Implementation Support**
- Assist with completion of project deliverables, tasks, tracking, testing, and reporting
- Structured and planned implementations of new features within the ERP System, the Business Intelligence Software, and the Data Warehousing system
- Structured and planned implementations of new technological features across any other departments such as roll outs using PLC Equipment
- Documentation of projects and drive resources to maintain timelines and goals
- Involvement in testing and upgrades
- Be a resource across other departments (when required)
- Functionally understand processes, procedures and change management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines for completion
- Expertise in SQL Server Administration and Management is required
- 5+ years experience in an existing support role
- Postgraduate or Diploma in Information Technology is an asset
- Solid background and understanding of Nutanix/VMware/HyperV server environments
- Experience to physically repair IT equipment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Solid understanding of networking especially with a multi-site organisation
- Excellent organizational, analytical, telephone and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
