Key Responsibilities:

- System Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

- Engage stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
- Analyze current systems and business workflows to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
- System Testing & Improvement:

- Perform system testing, including developing test plans, test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage daily system operations and performance, proposing enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Release Management:

- Plan and control the release process to test and live environments, ensuring robust testing and validation.
- Maintain the integrity of the live environment by managing the release of tested components.
- Coordinate release efforts based on backlog, pending requests, and updates, and communicate these plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate and oversee all aspects of release activities.
- Project Management & Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison among business units, IT teams, and external partners.
- Oversee project tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate cross-organizational communication and support project management tasks.
- Training & Support:

- Deliver continuous support and training to enhance user competence and system use.
- Troubleshoot system and release issues, maintaining user manuals and system guidelines.
- System Administration:

- Manage system access and security in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Control user permissions and access, ensuring security across all levels from project managers to contractors.
- Support data migration projects during system upgrades or new system implementations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong technical skills in IT systems and software, including Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Oracle Unifier, ServiceNow.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, large-scale system implementations and technical support for existing and new systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication abilities, capable of explaining complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- ITIL certification is an asset.
