We fulfill this mission through our commitment to client satisfaction by continuous training and ongoing investment in advanced innovative technology. **Wincon Security is hiring for full-time and part-time Concierge/Parking Enforcement Guards for luxury condos in Brampton, ON** These positions are for energetic, friendly and assertive individuals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Why work with Wincon?** - Competitive wages **$17 and above per hour**: - Health and benefits package option**.**: - Extensive new hire training - Room for growth based on work performance. - Opportunities to continuous professional growth and development through training initiatives and employee recognition programs. **Job duties of a Concierge/Parking Enforcement Guard**: - Carry out parking control duties, in accordance with municipal by-laws and the provisions of the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer - Responsible for ensuring that illegally parked vehicles, at site, are dealt with in the appropriate manner including tagging and/or towing or posting vehicles with warning notices - Respond to enquiries and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner - Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors - Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution - Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld - Complete daily and incident reports in a timely manner. - Observing, investigating, and acting on possible breaches of security, fire and safety hazards, illegal entry, theft and malfunction or **Job Qualifications**: - ** Must be certified as a City of Brampton Municipal Law Enforcement Officer (MLEO)**: - Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing - Valid First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification - 1-2 years of experience in parking enforcement, preferred - Ability to complete the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer (MLEO) course, if required. - Knowledge of safety and security practices - Proven ability and sensitivity in providing respectful service to a diverse population (age, race, language, gender, sexual orientation, culture and disability) - Ability to write (reports, letters) using clear language and Microsoft Office Products - Excellent customer service skills - Must be able to walk, run, stand for extended periods of time, in addition to climbing stairs - Proven customer service experience of one (1) or more years - Friendly personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level - Works effectively and handles multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service - Other industry recognized certifications or experience is an asset **About Us**: For almost 30 years, Wincon Security has delivered property monitoring and protective services to retail, commercial, residential, industrial, alarm response and condominium clients across the Greater Toronto Area.
