**Job Overview**

*Must be able to perform the following tasks:

- ICBC, WSBC, and Extended Health Insurance billings.
- Interact with clients that come into the clinic.
- Be able to communicate with phone calls and book patients accordingly.
- Have experience working in a physiotherapy clinic.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain organized records and files, including patient information and appointment schedules.
- Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments using Jane App.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the office team with various tasks as required to maintain smooth operations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with administrative tasks is required.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with Jane App is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
