**We are currently hiring a full-time afternoon Shift Supervisor.**

**Must have minimum 2 years experience in Team Leadership in a restaurant environment.**

**Must be available from 2pm Daily**

**Average shift 8hrs**

As Shift Supervisor you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You promote a respectful and positive team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding. You have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Manager in running a successful business.

You are an expert at leading, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in quick service leadership role
- Must be flexible
- Live within 25km of this location
- Must have own transportation
