**Responsibilities**:
- Must be able to commute daily to our Facility in Hawkesbury, Ontario**_
- Coordinate labour, workflow and materials to achieve on time delivery and quality
- Responsible and accountable for achieving departmental results on safety, quality, productivity, cost and waste according to targets
- Ensure compliance with procedures and standards at all times
- Ensure process documentation is accurate, timely, and maintained according to procedure
- Lead and direct up to 80 employees on shift
- Ensure accountability of team leads, setup operators, and line staff to meet safety, quality & operational targets as well as company policies, values & code of conduct
- Provide training, support, and leadership guidance to team leaders Supporting staff on day-to-day basis for general troubleshooting/problem solving/conflict resolution
- Communicate cross-functionally regarding equipment failures and quality concerns Maintaining quality/safety standards
- Lead, coordinate and / or participate in continues improvement activities
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma knowledge an asset;
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, a good leader with his team;
- Ability to communicate with different levels of hierarchy within the business unit;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, good stress management;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills;
- Performance driven; Team player;
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment.
