**Freshslice Pizza**, Canada’s fastest-growing B.C.based pizza by the slice chain is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Business Coach (District Manager)
- Have **at least three (3) years of restaurant** experience (preferably pizza)
- Have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Possess the ability to make the people around them better - by creating a culture in all of their restaurants that appeal to high performers
- Understand that “good teamwork” increases success, and aspire to make the people around them better than they are
- Be committed to operational and training systems
- Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Be able to interact easily with diverse employees and franchisees
- Be knowledgeable of and have the ability to use a Windows OS and MS Office Suite proficiently
- **Work 40 hours/week** and be committed to the operational and training system
- Have a valid driver’s license, Car and a Cell-phone
- Live in the lower mainland

Required experience:

- Scheduling: 1 year
- Inventory Management: 1 year
- Pizza Restaurant: 1 year
- Business Coaching experience: 3 years

Required licenses or certifications:

- Drivers License (Class 5)
- Food Safe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
