What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed
- QA Infrastructure management : Perform and coordinate infrastructure updates and management handling configuration, set up and incident management if QA environments are impacted by internal or external issues to recovery. Document the QA environment infrastructure and environments and manage the booking of those environments. Lead the maintenance and management design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
- Planning and Coordination: Effectively interact with internal stakeholders, end users, business analysts, and technical resources to gather requirements and prepare design specifications or troubleshoot QA environment issues.
- Leadership Skills - Act as an independent infrastructure contributor and be able to troubleshoot and interface with various technical and business teams to ensure smooth operation/capacity management/incident management of QA test environments and recovery when required. the project is on track to meet objectives. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.

Who you are
- You have experience managing and configuring infrastructure and your experience in system analysis, testing and troubleshooting would be an asset.
- Incident Management, Infrastructure Administration, Infrastructure Management (IM), Infrastructure Planning, Problem Management, Technical Problem-Solving
- Excellent hands-on experience in tools like Parasoft SOA Test, Jira, HP-ALM, Confluence, Monitoring tool like Dynatrace, Splunk.
- Experience in managing multiple test environments (Incident, Change, Certificate) for multiple parallel release and multiple lines of business.
- Excellent communication, coordination skills and project management skills for prioritization and troubleshooting.
- Experience using Linux Servers, Shell scripting / UNIX commands and Service Virtualization experience.
- Azure and AWS cloud knowledge would be a plus.
- Certifications like ISTQB, ITIL, etc would be a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience working for Banking clients preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- You’re familiar with using Agile tools like Jira for story management and Dynatrace for monitoring (or equivalent monitoring technology).
