Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products, as well as providing innovative clinical diagnostic testing services, as one of the leading global emerging players in specialised clinical diagnostics testing.In 2021, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 6.7 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionWorking closely with the Depot supervisor, projects managers and sales team to efficiently and quicklycollect client samples and deliver to the Eurofins and Experchem Depots located at North York.Supporting the depot supervisor with bottle orders, client interactions, logging in samples using thecompanies LIMS system.Serving walk-in clients at receptionClosing and opening Depot when required.Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessaryVarious administrative duties (filing, faxing, mailing) as requiredOther related duties as assignedPart time hours 2pm to 6pm, Mon to FriQualificationsMust hold current clean Ontario driving licenseGood understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.)Able to lift 40lb coolersGood communication skills, work effectively and efficientlyLIMS experience considered an assetKnowledge of environmental samples considered an assetSelf-starter, ambitious and energeticLab experience considered an assetAdditional InformationThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
