**Procurement Coordinator**
PlanET Biogas Group is a world leader in the biogas industry with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of anaerobic digestion technology. PlanET has more than 350 employees worldwide based in Germany, Netherlands, France, the UK, USA, and Canada. PlanET’s portfolio covers all areas of biogas technology including Aerobic Digestors and RNG systems from initial planning, design, construction to on-site service and remote support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including RFx execution, purchasing, inventory control, to ensure the timely availability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Support maintenance of records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and keep information up to date on our control tools and records.
- Prepare and run weekly procurement meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance with terms of contracts.
- Periodically, connect with Engineering and Project teams to ensure accurate requirements and monitor deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to process invoices, verify payments, and reconcile accounts related to procurement and services.
- Continuous improvement of effective procurement strategies in coordination with the
Procurement Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Able to decipher and get information from Engineered drawings.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or QuickBooks is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Hybrid role: 2-3 days attendance in the office required.
