**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to safety standards while performing cleaning tasks.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in hotel or residential cleaning environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
