**Purpose**:
The Website and Graphic Design Assistant provides general graphic design and content development support for the bookstore under the direction of the Manager, Bookstore Operations, Accounting, and Systems.

**Education**:
Completion of the 1st year in a post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1 year related experience.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication skills.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative and generate new ideas.
- Understanding of building brands through consistent and effective usage of brand imagery.
- Knowledge of Netsuite Oracle SuiteCommerce.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and various digital multimedia editing and design programs.
- Proficient in using a digital Single-lens reflex camera.
