**Job Overview**

As the Procurement Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to develop procurement strategies, drive value, and support operational excellence. You will also lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, manage risk, and build strong vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation process for key contracts and supplier agreements
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Manage supplier performance and maintain effective vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align purchasing with project timelines
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting for audit and performance tracking

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge in the Construction Industry.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
