**_RAPS is Seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to Assist an Individual with Friedreich Ataxia (S1)_**
**_Location: Sherwood Park _**
**_Hours/Days: _**
**_Monday to Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm_**
**_Alternating Weekends Saturday 6:00pm-9:00pm, Sunday Split shift 9:00am-2:00pm & 6:00pm-9:00pm _**
**_Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour_**
**_Job Description: _**_Duties include but are not limited to: manual transfers, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, assisting with ROM exercise, outings (Dr. Appointments & grocery shopping), and companionship. _
**_Qualifications and Other Requirements: _**_Recent criminal record check including the vulnerable sector, a minimum of 6-months in the health care field, possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and be a non-smoker. Familiarity with ETS and DATS is considered an asset. _
