- **Job Description**_: Duties include but are not limited to assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing), manual transfers (weight bearing), minor meal preparation (lunch), ROM/stretching, mobility assistance, accompanying on outings (appointments)including transportation, supervise exercise program, and companionship._
- **Rate of Pay**_: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)_
