**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work on the floor preparing coffees, sandwiches and pastries.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment & ordering.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members to ensure high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment that aligns with Mosi standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve and manage issues effectively.

**Skills**
- Previous barista or cafe experience
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
